Your body changed the rules. Let's learn the new ones — together.
A new membership community for women navigating hormonal health, motherhood, and midlife — live trainings and real answers from a specialist who's lived it, alongside women who get it. Doors open in January 2027.
First access + a founding rate that will never be offered again.
Hi, I'm Jessica.
I'm a Pilates instructor and women's health educator, a certified specialist in diastasis recti, pelvic floor, perinatal movement, and peri/menopause support — and a mom of three who has personally navigated what I teach. In 2019 I opened Vessel Pilates, a wellness sanctuary in Texas where women move through every stage of life with support instead of shame. The Vessel Collective brings that sanctuary to you — wherever you are.
If your body has started feeling unfamiliar — you're not imagining it.
Maybe it's the 3am wake-ups for no reason. The energy that used to carry you through the day, gone by 2pm. The workouts that always worked — until they didn't. The cycle that's suddenly unpredictable, the mood swings that don't feel like you, the core and pelvic floor that never quite came back after babies.
And when you ask about it, you get a shrug. "That's just aging." "That's just motherhood." "Everything looks normal."
I've spent years teaching women what I wish someone had told us sooner: it's not just you, it's not in your head, and there is so much you can do about it. Your body isn't broken — it's moving through a season. And every season has answers.
You've just been trying to find them alone, at 11pm, fifteen browser tabs deep.
Not anymore.
The Vessel Collective is where we figure it out together.
- Two live calls with me every month — Tuesdays at noon Central. One training on that month's theme: hormones and movement, nutrition, your nervous system, your pelvic floor, real-life motherhood and midlife. One open Q&A, where you bring whatever your body is asking this season.
- Every call recorded — come live or catch the replay with your coffee. The library grows every month.
- Your questions shape what I teach. No question too small or too "is this normal?" (It's probably normal. And we'll talk about it.)
- A community of women in the same seasons — journal prompts, honest conversation, wins worth celebrating. No diet talk, no shame, ever.
- First access and member pricing on everything I create — workshops, retreats, and what's coming next.
Doors open this January — and founding members get the best of it.
When the Collective opens, founding members will lock in a rate that will never be offered again — for as long as they stay. The waitlist hears first, gets first access, and gets that founding rate before doors close.
Joining the waitlist doesn't commit you to anything. It simply means that when the doors open, you'll be the first to know — and the first in.
You can't pour from an empty vessel.
Let's fill yours.
